BEHAVIORAL CONSULTANT/BCBA
A Behavioral consultant's primary responsibility is training families and staff in the design and implementation of quality and effective behavior management programs. Consultant's must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and time-management skills, proficiency with writing and communication, and good problem-solving skills.
An ideal candidate will:
- Have passed the BCBA exam
- Have at least 6 months experience supervising ABA programs
- Be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
- Be open to feedback and learning how to implement quality, flexible implementation of ABA strategies.
